What we collect
When you send us a request through this website – a quote form, the cost estimator, or an email – we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the description of your job (your address or area, what is happening with your roof, and your timeline). Our systems also record your IP address when you submit a form or visit the site.
Analytics we use
We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used and to improve it:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – collects usage data such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and traffic source. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity – records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, and session replays) and produces heatmaps. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Both services may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can limit them by blocking cookies in your browser settings or using tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your request, prepare and deliver your estimate, schedule and perform the work, invoice for completed work, and follow up about your project. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate (such as the analytics providers above or a payment processor) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We store the information you send us for as long as needed to stay in touch with you and manage your project, and afterwards only as long as we must for warranty, legal, and tax obligations. If you would like the information we hold about you corrected or deleted sooner, just ask – see below.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or request its deletion (subject to records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices). If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
